Co-op Community Fund
East Cheshire NHS Charity is part of the Co-op Local Community Fund!
Funds raised will be going towards our end of life project, to create comfort packs to capture treasured memories for when a loved one is going through end of life care, which supports the wellbeing of relatives and carers.
