Paul, who hosted the return of the event last year said: “I was delighted to compere the return of the pancake race last year. It was a terrific atmosphere and certainly provided many funny moments.
“I want to encourage as many of you to take part in this year’s bigger and better event and raise important funds for your local NHS charity.”

Lily Preston, East Cheshire NHS Charity Fundraising Manager, said: “The pancake race is a brilliant community event which brings local businesses and organisations together to raise vital funds for our incredible healthcare services.
“The event made a fantastic return last year after three years and we’re planning to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever, so we want as many local businesses and organisations as possible to enter and we’re hoping for a good crowd to turn out and spectate on the day.”
